During this photo shoot we took pictures like we were a famous photographer. I was taking pictures like I was Dorothea Lange. I took this picture because Lange took pictures of things during the Great Depression. I felt that this barn looked old and beaten down as if it were the Great Depression. All I did was go to my aunt and uncles house where this barn was. I used don’t center and depth of field to make this picture better. I put the barn just to the right of the center and I used depth of field by should in tree line and field behind the barn. I also used emphasis to bring out the barn in this picture. I didn’t really get to voice my voice as a photographer in this shoot though because I was making parodies of another photographer. The only way I found a way to use my voice was by using current beaten down objects and not as many farms and people with little money. I choose to do this topic though because I thought it would help me see the world differently, for that not everything in the world is perfect. I did find this photo shoot difficult in the sense that I had to get in the mind of another person. But all in all I thought I did ok during this photo shoot. I thought I had at least a few good photos. I don’t think that I would want to change anything in this photo shoot. But I do wish that I would have thought a little more about what I was going to take pictures of ahead of time.
